Ildamat MCA-elect Joseph Mutunkei on Friday thanked his supporters for bestowing him back into leadership.
Mutunkei, who was first elected Ildamat MCA in 2013, was bundled out in the 2017 election wave, which he claims came before completing ward projects for his electorate.
“I am deeply humbled by your support and I want to ensure you that am going to work day and night to make sure that your concerns are heard and addressed,” said an upbeat elected MCA.
The ever humble MCA-elect said: “Whether or not you voted for me in this election, I want you to know that am dedicated to serving all of you equally without bias and discrimination”.
He said his highest commitment is to be their bipartisan voice in the Kajiado County Assembly to ensure the people of Ildamat with him genuinely rebuild the ward economy, create jobs, reduce the cost of living and ensure every student in our ward receives education.
The MCA-elect said to his Ildamat people that their struggles are his struggles too, adding that their concerns will keep him busy the entire term of the coming 5 years.
We have a lot of work ahead of us and I solemnly swear to deliver them all, added Mutunkei.
He said that during his entire term, he will be accessible and responsive to his electorate’s issues.
