Success Academy shines among best KCPE performers in 2018 national examination with an improved mean score of 362.4 against last year’s 332.0.
The school which is in Kitengela town managed 9 As in Mathematics out of the possible 14 and 8 As in Kiswahili subject.
Joy Wairimu scored 411 marks, followed by Cecilia Silayio (401), while Thomas Nkinina managed 399 marks.
In the same order of ranking, Patrick Veyico (396), Aaron Muthembi (386), Gloria Njambi (379), Mary Kosencha (372), Victoria Nashipae (361), Titus Njorege (357) and Victor Mumo (350).

The others are; Purity Mwende (322), Lucy Mutheu (321), Chris Maina (312)and Brian Simitei (306).
The School’s head teacher Robert Onyonka said the school has been performing well through the years, adding that good cooperation between the school administration, parents and pupils boosted the performance of this year’s examination.
“Our strong foundation based on Christianity has played a big role in instilling discipline among our pupils. We do not only teach our pupils to pass exams but we also mentor to be responsible citizens later in their lives,” said Onyonka.
