Amorous Emarti Man Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To Raping Four Women

A 26 year old man appeared at Kajiado Resident Magistrate’s court to answer charges of raping four women on diver’s dates between May and June.

Willy Ntialo when he appeared in Court on Wednesday.

Willy Ntialo, who was arrested by police in Mashuuru, last Sunday in Emarti Location, appeared before Susan Shitubi by denied all the charges.

The court heard that several villagers including his victims raised alarm and informed the police that the amorous man was acting like he was in a “mission”.

Police charge sheet indicated the suspect had raped different women in Emarti Location by waylaying them on various routes to their villages.

Ntialo pleaded not guilty to all the charges read in court, and the Magistrate set a hearing date to be on July 11.
