Kajiado Central MP, Kanchori Memusi, told KNU the Deputy President will use the occasion to meet the county leaders after the graduation.

Memusi, who will be hosting the DP in his constituency, said preparation for the ‘big’ day is in high gear.

Local political pundits sees DP’s visit to the region as part of political realignment ahead of 2022 presidential election.

Some of Ruto’s marksmen in Kajiado include Governor Joseph ole Lenku and a horde of other politicians from all the five blogs in the region.

Ruto played a major role in herding former governor David Nkedianye to Jubilee ahead of last year’s repeat presidential election.

Recent Uhuru Kenyatta/Raila Odinga handshake has renewed working relation between opposition and Jubilee leaders in Kajiado.

Memusi recently remarked that he will assist, and work closely with governor Lenku to make him realise his service delivery to the people of Kajiado.
